Join certified instructor Ateeka Contee every Friday as she guides you through a range of passive stretching techniques to relax the entire body. As the body relaxes, tension is released from the mind, which makes Restorative Yoga particularly beneficial for those suffering from stress. Bring a mat or cushion for comfort (not provided).

Connect to the Divine through meditation, facilitated by our gifted prayer chaplains every Sunday morning. Please arrive early, as the doors will be closed from 9:30 to 9:45am to maintain sacred silence. One-on-one prayer offered after service.

Exploring this "depth potential," we'll discover ways in which we can release the power locked within us for better health, greater confidence, increased success, and inspired openness to let our "light shine" forth for others.

Join us this Advent Season as we prepare our hearts and homes for Christ’s birth in the world as it is today.

In this time of giving and receiving, we remember through message, prayer, reflections, and special music what the true meaning of Jesus’ birth is, and make way for the rebirth of the light of Christ in each of us.
